Our OTP² system platform provides the basis for reliable tests of products equipped with single or multiple LEDs. Optical measurement values like color and intensity can be recognized reliably by the integrated LED analyzers. Depending on the application, it is also possible to employ camera systems for the optical evaluation of LEDs.

Optical heads can be used to transfer light reliably to the analysis unit via optical fibers. LXinstruments provides burn-in test systems for analyzing and measuring discrete LED assemblies or chained LEDs on modern LED modules, such as those installed in headlamps; these systems are capable of measuring temperature-dependent as well as climate-dependent characteristics. For one specific customer application, we developed an 80-channel burn-in system with an independent, current or voltage controlled LED supply, including back measurement (current/voltage). All channels can be easily adjusted by means of the operator and parameterization software, and can be scanned, measured, graphically displayed and logged, all within 1 second.
